Things are going to look a bit different the next time we see you. Your peace of mind and wellbeing as well as that of our team is our first priority so we’ve put a few new measures and protocols in place to make your visit the same amazing one you’ve come to expect from us!
Curbside pickup is available for any order of glasses or contacts supply.
All glasses are disinfected after any handling so you know they are germ free.
We limit the number of people at a time a time to manage safe distance practices. All patients are scheduled and let in as the door will remain locked.
We are requiring the wearing of masks for all staff and patients which are mainly to protect others from the person wearing the mask.
Temperature checks are performed on all staff before their shift and on all patients before they enter the building.
Credit card terminal and HIPAA signatures can be signed by staff with patient permissions.
Hand sanitizing or hand washing is required upon arrival for staff and patients
For the safety of our staff and patients, patients will be rescheduled if:
• They don’t wear/bring a mask to their appointments
• They have new onset of the following symptoms
• Shortness of breath/difficulty breathing
• Chills or repeated shaking
• Sore throat
• New loss of taste or smell
